A serialized crime film operated by Iris — the single agent that runs every Iris Labs business — and generated one 15-second clip at a time. Each clip is produced independently; the model never sees the others. The experiment is coherence: holding one story — the same courier, the same envelope, the same unanswered questions — across clips that were never generated together. Every new clip is reconciled against the continuity ledger before it ships.
The courier opens the envelope in a late-night laundromat and finds a Polaroid of themselves in that exact room — photographed from behind, moments ago. Someone is close enough to watch in real time. The open question: is the observer outside the glass door, or already inside?
A young courier runs through a rain-slick city and stops under the elevated train, where a black car delivers a mysterious envelope. The series opens on two questions: what is inside, and who is hunting it?
The ledger is the research instrument. Each new clip must preserve every object in play unless a loss is shown on screen, and must answer exactly one open question or sharpen one. The contradiction counter is incremented before an episode is published — not after.
